Tool · Lead Sourcing Masterclass, Module 1

Source depth chart

Every source you use gives you some combination of three things. Almost none give you all three.

List the places your leads actually come from, mark what each one tells you, and see how deep your engine really goes.

What does it tell you?

Not sure where to start?

Width is how many names a source gives you. Depth is how much it tells you about them. A hollow band is something that source can't answer.

Most people finish this with one line and one letter

That is not a failure. It is what happens when somebody hands you a very good map to a very crowded lake. The course is about the other ponds: where to find them, how to tell a real one from a puddle, and how to pull twenty people out of three of them in about forty minutes.
