Module 1: Your one-shot blast is the problem, not your effort

Module 0 · Cold open
315 replies, 5.7%, under 10 minutes of setup
Signal-driven outbound, in one number: 315 replies at a 5.7% reply rate.
Not because we blasted more people. Because every send had a real reason to exist.
The campaign you just saw did 315 replies on 5,460 sends. Roughly 3 to 4 times what a cold email averages. Zero bookings, by design. We asked for one-word replies, not for meetings. The opener that earned all 315 ends on "just reply send". Total setup: under ten minutes. Ongoing effort: about thirty minutes a week.
What the rest of this course does.
Six lessons. About an hour. By the end you have a live agent running one signal, feeding one evergreen campaign, with an AI-drafted opener wired to the signal data. It runs while you do everything else. That's the deliverable, and it's the same setup that earned the 315 replies.
One expectation to set.
We're not going to teach the exhaustive do outbound perfectly version of any of this. That's for people whose full-time job is sales. This course teaches the version a founding team can actually run: the 80% that AI handles, and the 20% you keep, because it's what makes the reply come.
Next up: Module 1. We look at what a Sunday-morning CSV blast actually costs your business, then we do a small exercise together, live, on your real list.
Inside the course, this lesson also has the exact message we sent, four of the real replies, and the live campaign stats.
